Franco Daniele is founder and CEO of Tecnostrutture S.r.l., Italy's number one company in the design and production of mixed steel-concrete structures since 1983. In 2019 he chose to integrate sustainability into the company's strategy, both in its construction solutions and in its relationship with customers, suppliers and collaborators. In addition to having managed the repositioning of Trave REP®, since 2000 it has started and managed an intense research and development activity on composite materials thanks to collaborations with Italian and foreign universities, arriving at filing more than 20 patents. In 2012, he launched the NPS® New Performance Building System, the result of experience and research in the field of seismic engineering and industrialisation. He was the promoter and president of the Self-supporting Reticular Beams Industry Section first in ACAI, then in UNICMI. He is currently a member of AIS. In recent years he has participated as a speaker in numerous seminars and conferences on the subject of steel-concrete composite structures.
