Federica Ariaudo, architect and PhD Energy Department of Politecnico di Torino, is LEED AP BD + C LEED AP O+M, GBC HB AP, WELL AP, GBC HB IQ and SECEM Certified Energy Management Expert. She has carried out applied research activities at the energy consulting firm Onleco S.r.l. (energy and environmental monitoring). From 2012 to 2020, she supported the Intesa Sanpaolo Group in the Sustainability Report activities, she is internal auditor of the Environmental and Energy Management System and draws up energy audits and annual energy saving reporting to meet the obligations set out in D .Lgs. 102/2014. She has drafted energy audits for Banca Popolare di Sondrio's buildings, the Bank of Italy and the Municipality of Villanova d'Asti (for which she also followed the practice of the “Conto Termico 2.0”) and a transport cooperative. She has been consultant in obtaining LEED certification of some buildings, including the new Intesa Sanpaolo headquarter, 4 TIM / Noovle datacentres, Ersel headquarters in Milan, 2 office buildings in Milan and its province. She drafted the project compliance assessment report to the ITACA protocol for the new Barge IIT research center designed by Isolarchitetti. She has been consultant in obtaining GBC HB certification of some buildings, including Palazzo Santander in Turin, Galleria Borghese in Rome, the former Pilo barracks in Genoa (State Property, also CAM), Palazzo delle Finanze in Modena ( State property, also CAM). She has carried out and carries out consultancy activities for compliance with CAM requirements in the context of various interventions including a new building of the University of Verona, the restoration of a Barchessa in Dolo, of the Isolotto area of the Venice Biennale, of a portion of the Hotel for the Poor in Genoa. She has carried out pre-Energy audits activities for building and public lighting in the municipalities of Rivoli and Alpignano. She is trainer in the field of energy and environmental sustainability. She has carried out consulting activities for obtaining and maintaining UNI 11352, ISO 14064 and ISO 50001 certifications in some ESCos.
