Emil Abirascid, journalist, founder and editor-in-chief of Startupbusiness, the first magazine on the Italian startup and innovation ecosystem. Co-founder of Designtech, the innovation hub that brings the world of design and technology closer together. Board member of TechChill Milano, advisor to Austrian Business Agency, Emil Banca, Fondazione Symbola, Fondazione Quadrans. He regularly participates in meetings, conventions, and conferences dedicated to the innovation ecosystem. He was co-organiser of the Italian Innovation Day and Series held from 2016 to 2020 in Tokyo, Japan, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and Canberra in Australia and Singapore and co-organiser of the Italy India Innovation Day of AIICP 2021 and 2022. He edited the volume ‘L’innovazione che non ti aspetti. Contesti e visioni per l’impresa’ , the Italian edition of ‘La startup digitale, guida pratica step by step’ and wrote the preface to the Italian edition of ‘La quarta era’ by Byron Reese, and is co-author of ‘Cosa e Dove: strategie digitali di ricerca del lavoro’, all published by FrancoAngeli. In the past, he was editor of StartupDigest Italy, scientific coordinator of the Forum for Research of the Autonomous Province of Trento, advisor of ScaleIT, collaborated with Il Sole 24 Ore, was editor of Innov’azione, a bimonthly magazine published by Apsti, collaborated with Corriere Innovazione and was chairman of the selection committee of the Premio Marzotto award and advisor of Cetif-Università Cattolica Milano.
