Director of Real Estate, Sustainability, and Organization at ITAS Assicurazioni Group, I am responsible for the ordinary and strategic management of the Group's real estate assets for investment and business use, headquartered in Trento, Milan, and Genoa. The portfolio spread throughout Italy but is primarily concentrated in the city where the Group was founded, in 1821. After graduating in Economics and Business Administration in 1995 from the University of Trento, I began my professional career as auditor at one of the accounting big six in Padua. In 2001, I joined a commercial and service company in the consumer sector of the Trentino cooperative, initially focusing on management control before taking on administrative and financial management roles and becoming a member of the Management Committee. In 2009, I combined my acquired skills by accepting a new professional challenge as Chief Financial Officer of an industrial reality in the construction and quarry sector with significant international interests. My work was aimed also at the economic and corporate restructuring of the Group. In 2014, I was called to lead the administration and management control of a Group operating in the automotive sector with headquarters in Bolzano, to manage its strong growth, leading it to become one of the top Italian players. In 2017, I assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer of ITAS Patrimonio SpA, a subsidiary of ITAS Assicurazioni Group, responsible for managing the real estate portfolio both opportunistically and functionally for the company's operation. In 2019, I also took on the role of Director of Organization for ITAS Assicurazioni Group. In 2021, ITAS Patrimonio SpA was merged into the parent company, and I assumed the role of Director of Real Estate, Organization, and Group Services, to which sustainability responsibility was added from 2024 onwards.
