Born in Piacenza in 1966, after obtaining a Diploma in Mechanical Expert at the IPSIA Leonardo da Vinci in Piacenza, Mario Pala has acquired consolidated experience as a mechanical designer in some important local companies. In 2000, as R&D Manager, Mario joined LINEA, a company in the machine tool sector in the province of Piacenza, dealing not only with the study of the project but also with the coordination of the resources of the Research and Development team. Subsequently, after a brief experience as a freelancer at various design studios, in 2010 Mario joined TELEMA and approached the world of energy efficiency and renewables, designing a bi-axial solar tracking photovoltaic system that still contributes to Telema's electricity needs. From 2011 to 2017, he held the position of Technical-Commercial Manager of the MyDATEC brand in the field of renewable energy and thermodynamic controlled mechanical ventilation systems. His work experience and experience in the management of resources has allowed him to develop a remarkable ability in coordination and organization, as well as a high aptitude for communication that has led him to hold the role of Director of the MyDETEC Business Unit, which manufactures and markets in Italy and Europe air-to-air heat pumps without outdoor unit with integrated thermodynamic CMV Thanks to the continuous collaboration with technicians and professionals in the construction and plant engineering field, Mario deepens the issues related to air quality and is often involved as a speaker in meetings and workshops in the sector
