For over ten years, Marco Lotti, a management engineer from the University of Udine, has been involved in management consulting projects. He has directed his interest and professional activities towards Change and Innovation processes. After a period holding executive roles in corporate groups, he started his own consulting practice in 2009 as a management consultant at Eupragma, eventually becoming a partner in the company. In this context, he covers various topics such as Corporate Strategy and Organization, Change Management, Business and Control Model Development, Digital Innovation, BIM Management, etc., playing different roles depending on the projects and the corporate realities. It is within this scope of activity and relationships that Lotti identifies BIM as a major theme of innovation and development. In 2021, he co-founded 4Days with Emilio Ziraldo, a management consulting company specialized in management engineering and specifically related to BIM Management, in managerial and technological areas. Recognizing that BIM would bring about significant discontinuity, particularly in the construction sector, Lotti and his partners created a development team for an advanced solution. This scenario gave birth to the TRUSPACE innovation project, a BIM and cloud solution for the construction industry designed to efficiently manage the entire lifecycle of assets (design, construction, maintenance, monitoring). Today, TRUSPACE boasts numerous clients and partners in both private and public sectors. In 2023, they won the first prize in the BIM&DIGITAL AWARD under the smart building category with the project "A Digital Twin for the Port of Trieste."
