Eneida Lila is Co-founder and Head of Growth Strategy at Lizard Collection, an innovative Furniture-as-a-Service startup leveraging artificial intelligence and digital technologies to transform how built environments are designed, furnished, and managed with a circular approach.
With deep expertise in the decarbonisation and digitalization of the construction sector, she leads the integration of BIM, PLM – Product Lifecycle Management, and Digital Twin technologies into Lizard’s platform, supporting the development of intelligent solutions for circularity, product traceability, and sustainable space management.
Previously, she served as Digital & Innovation Manager at Lendlease Italy, where she led digital transformation projects for MIND – Milano Innovation District, and worked at Dassault Systèmes as an Industry Specialist across Europe.
Trained as an architect, she holds a Master’s degree from Politecnico di Milano, with academic experience at the Technische Universität München and the University of Texas at Austin. She is a Junior Fellow at Aspen Institute Italy and has completed executive programs at INSEAD and 24ORE Business School.
