Born in 1980, already during his university studies he had the opportunity to gain significant experience in building construction in Italy and France. After completing his studies in real estate management in the early 2000s at the Polytechnic of Turin, he moved to Milan where he worked in the Investment & Advisory area of the main consultancy company of those years, participating in the birth of Italian institutional real estate. After a period in London, he returned to Milan and at the age of 24 he co-founded a leading Milanese consulting firm, again in the real estate field, where he built a solid reputation with leading national and international operators. His consolidated know-how in real estate and his own innovative vision have found a natural continuation in the emerging PropTech & ConTech sector. He is a speaker at masters and courses in Real Estate, external speaker at Investment Committees of Real Estate Funds and several conferences on the topic of digital transformation in Real Estate. Today Andrea Lazzarich is a key figure in Spektra, an Italian company of the American Trimble group. He works with a partnership approach with realities characterized by an innovative ecosystem to bring to the Italian building construction & real estate sector the best global technological solutions derived from the group's intense R&D activity.
