Andrea Ciaramella, associate professor of architectural technology at the Department of Architecture, Construction Engineering and Built Environment - ABC of the Politecnico di Milano. Since 2018 he has been coordinator of the Master's Degree Course - Management of Built Environment and of the postgraduate Master REM - Real Estate Management, Politecnico di Milano. He has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2003. Co-founder of the Real Estate Center of the ABC Department, he recently promoted the Joint Research Center Proptech of the Politecnico di Milano, of which he is the scientific coordinator and is co-founder of the Italian Proptech Network.He carries out research activities in the management of buildings and real estate assets, with reference to valorisation strategies; in recent years he has dedicated part of his research to workplace issues, launching the "Summer School on Workplace Management" at the Politecnico and digital innovation in the construction/real estate supply chain.
