CEO and founder, with Redo Sgr, Fondazione Housing Sociale and ANCE, of EDERA, an innovation center for sustainable and inclusive construction. He is a board member of the EnergieSprong Global Alliance, an international initiative for the large-scale decarbonization of the real estate sector, and a founding board member of the European Association for Industrialised Construction.

He has inspired, promoted, and coordinated several national initiatives for sustainable building. With Habitech, he promoted the creation of the Green Building Council Italy and the development of LEED certification in Italy.

He is the creator and past president of REbuild, a platform for innovation in the construction industry that, since 2011, has identified and promoted innovative sustainability practices. He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Padua and as a lecturer in various international MBA programs. Additionally, he has provided consultancy and training for NGOs and international and national organizations, contributing to the creation of sustainable development projects and initiatives.
