Serena Sutera works at Trentino Sviluppo as a Startup Project Manager within the Startup and Innovation Area, where she supports innovative startups in their growth and go-to-market journey, facilitating access to development, market, and investment opportunities. After earning a degree in Business Administration from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, she obtained a Master’s degree in Innovation and Management in Austria, living and working in Salzburg for five years. Throughout her career, she has held roles such as project manager, innovation consultant, and startup account, working on scouting, co-innovation, and matchmaking activities between startups, corporates, and investors. Today, she contributes to the development of the innovation ecosystem in Trentino, supporting startups from validation to market entry and growth.
