Graduated in Architecture and Building Production at the Politecnico di Milano, Samuel is Director of Property Management of COIMA REM.
Before joining COIMA, he held the role of Key Account Manager at a Facility Management company, dealing with the management of real estate assets distributed throughout the Italian territory on behalf of a leading consultancy firm. Samuel joined COIMA in 2015 in the role of Facility Manager, he initially dealt with the technical management of the Porta Nuova Garibaldi project, and then became the contact person for the Property Management activities of the entire portfolio of COIMA RES, a listed company of the group.
