Matthew Egan is founder and CEO of Modularize Ltd in the UK.  Modularize is a unique blend of architects, engineers and consultants that design buildings using all forms of MMC across multiple sectors.  Matthew also sits as Chair of the Offsite Alliance Technical Committee, Chair of the BSI committee for developing national British standards in MMC and sits on the Chairs Advisory Group of the ISO international standards committee in offsite construction.  He was the first person in the world to achieve a Masters Degree qualification in offsite construction and in recent years has helped to launch a number of new organisations in the MMC sector, including co-founding a revolutionary approach to modular construction under his Modnet Ltd company and developing sustainable technical steel solutions for construction with the start-up innovative international start-up Lundell Ltd.
