Senior expert with over 15 years of experience in real estate enhancement initiatives and impact investing. Following early professional experience with international investors (Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs company) and asset management companies focused on traditional market asset classes (Idea Fimit SGR), he consolidated significant expertise within CDP’s real estate asset management company (SGR) in alternative residential asset classes such as social and affordable housing, student housing, and low-cost hospitality. He was actively involved in the launch and development of the Fondo Investimenti per l’Abitare, promoted by CDP and Italy’s main institutional investors. He has also developed a strong knowledge of key ESG guidelines and of the investment and financing instruments promoted by the European Union dedicated to social and affordable housing, as well as public-private partnership (PPP) initiatives in urban regeneration with high social impact.
