
She holds a degree in Architecture from the Technical University of Madrid, specializing in Urban Planning. She earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management and Direction from the Antonio Camuñas Foundation and has completed the doctorate course in Architecture. After practicing as an architect in the private sector, she became a career civil service architect for the Madrid City Council in 1998, where she has held various responsibilities related to urban planning and construction. In recent years, she served as the Deputy Director General for Building and Regeneration Grants between 2013 and 2019, and as the Deputy Director General for Licenses within the Urban Development Area of the Madrid City Council from 2019 to July 2021. Since July 2021, she has served as the Director General for Housing and Rehabilitation, originally under the former Ministry of Environment, Housing, and Agriculture of the Community of Madrid, and currently under the Ministry of Housing, Transport, and Infrastructure.
