Marco Poncetta has been working in the engineering, construction industry and real estate fields since 1989. He joined the Unipol Group in 2019 as a head of technical management for UnipolSai Investimenti SGR becoming, in the same year, head of the construction management for the Unipol branch which deals with design and build of the most important real estate project works, including the ones with Urban Up brand. Previously employed by the CMC di Ravenna, Marco gradually held positions as a director of several corporate departments: special projects, business development, corporate relationships, area. He then oversaw the development of important projects and operations – such as General Contractor, PPP and self-promoted initiatives- in the infrastructure, real estate and urbanredevelopment sectors. Director with executive positions in the related SPVs. Marco graduated in civil engineering at “La Sapienza” University of Rome.
