Marco Jacomella (b. 1984, Italy) is an architect who specialises in housing. He graduated from ETH Zurich and the University of Ferrara. He has developed urban and residential projects focusing on urban regeneration, mixed-use developments, and community participation in Italy, Switzerland, and Spain. He has received a scholarship from the Swiss Institute in Rome, won first prize in the Architetti Cercasi (AAA) competition and has won several other national and international competitions, including first prize in the C40 Reinventing Cities competition in Bologna. Marco has been involved in teaching and research activities at the Department of Urban Studies at the Politecnico di Milano.
