Lina Scavuzzo is an architect and holds a PhD in Urban Planning, with solid expertise in real estate development and urban regeneration, built over 20 years of professional experience in the field.
Since 2024, she has been Development Director at Lendlease, where she coordinates the development of strategic urban regeneration projects in Milan, contributing to the city’s sustainable and integrated transformation.
Previously, she was Head of Development at DeA Capital SGR, overseeing complex real estate projects through all phases — from securing planning approvals to completion.
She spent over ten years at Prelios, where she led the Urban Planning and Real Estate Advisory team, developing transformation strategies for real estate assets, with a strong focus on urban regeneration and building redevelopment initiatives.
From 2007 to 2017, alongside her professional work, she was engaged in academic research and teaching at the Politecnico di Milano, focusing on topics related to urban transformation.
Between 2005 and 2009, she worked for the Municipality of Milan, within the Departments of Urban Development and Housing, contributing to the design of public asset redevelopment projects and the creation of new management models for social housing.
