Gloria Brocchi is the Chair of RICS Italy and an Executive Manager at Generali Real Estate, where she works within the Asset Management and Sustainable Investment division with direct responsibility for ESG and sustainability themes. She has consolidated experience in integrating environmental, social, and governance factors into real estate investment strategies, maintaining a strong focus on European regulatory compliance, sustainable investments, climate risk management, and sustainability reporting.  Furthermore, she actively participates in international initiatives and conferences dedicated to sustainable finance and real estate, contributing to the dialogue between investors, asset managers, and institutional stakeholders to promote development models that are responsible, resilient, and oriented toward the long term.
