Since 2008 she has been Director of Fondazione Housing Sociale, where she develops concepts for new residential projects and tools for the development and management of collaborative social housing.
She focuses on residential design within urban regeneration programmes, with particular attention to housing typologies and service concepts, and has coordinated experimental public housing schemes (Contratti di Quartiere) in collaboration with local authorities.
Between 2005 and 2008, together with Innosence and the Politecnico di Milano, she contributed to the start-up of cohousing.it.
Since 2006 she has taught as an adjunct professor at the Politecnico di Milano and co-founded and co-directed the Master’s programme in “Social and Collaborative Housing.”
In 2017 she curated the exhibition “New Urban Body” at the Triennale di Milano (INDEX Compasso d’Oro Mention, 2018). She has published books and articles in Italy and abroad.
