Federico Chiavazza is an Equity Partner and CEO of Avalon and Professor of Accounting, Control, Corporate and Real Estate Finance at SDA Bocconi School of Management.  Federico is a Bocconi University graduate. He started his academic and professional career in Italy to then move for three years to New York where he earned a Master in Real Estate from New York University and worked for the Investment management Team of Forest City Ratner, one of the leading developers in U.S., and was involved in large-scale real estate development projects as Atlantic Yards, the New York Times Building and the Beekman Tower in New York.  Alongside his academic role at Sda Bocconi, today Federico is Equity Partner, and CEO of Avalon, a leading Italian real estate advisory and consulting firm.  Being an Avalon Partner, Federico can provide a wide set of both technical and financial real estate-related services ranging from strategic investment advisory to valuation, development management and technical due diligence. Mr.  Chiavazza is Board Member of Arsenale SGR and part of the Scientific Committees of Urban Land Institute Italy and AIFO (Italian Association of Family Officers). He is Member of RICS and holds more than twenty years of experience in both academic and professional fields.
