Since January 2024, he has been Managing Director and Partner of ROOMLESS, an innovative company specializing in medium-to-long-term residential rentals through a fully digitalized platform operating across Italy and Europe. From January 2024 to January 2025, he served as CEO of the COSTIM Group, focusing on mixed-use real estate development projects and engineering and construction activities. He is also Chairman of the group's three subsidiaries: a general contracting firm, a company specializing in glass and steel facades, and an electromechanical systems facility management company, with a total turnover of 300 million euros. From 2009 to 2023, he was CEO of Risanamento S.p.A., a company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange and active in the real estate and development sector. He also held the role of CEO for all group subsidiaries, overseeing the management and sale of assets totaling 3 billion euros over the last 10 years: a 1.5 billion euro real estate portfolio in Paris, a prestigious building in New York for 300 million euros, and other Italian assets for 1.2 billion euros. Furthermore, he was CEO of Milano Santa Giulia S.p.A., owner of the mixed-use real estate development project known as Milano Santa Giulia in Milan, with 250,000 sqm already completed and 400,000 sqm yet to be built, over 50% of which is intended for residential use. Previously, he served as Head of Real Estate Development at IPI (Fiat Group) as Director of all subsidiaries, managing a portfolio of 500,000 sqm including offices, industrial, and retail properties. Until 2000, he worked with some of the leading construction companies, focusing on the development of infrastructure and private buildings throughout Europe. Since July 2023, he has been the President of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare.
