After graduating in architecture at the Polytechnic University of Milan and obtaining a Masters in Real Estate at the SDA Bocconi and MIP School of Management, Daniele began his professional career in investment banking at BNP Paribas in London where he worked on the setup of the bank's first pan-European real estate fund. He returned to Italy to work for Pioneer Investments asset management company to manage the main listed real estate fund. Subsequently he moved to UniCredit where he gained national and international experience in asset management and distressed credit. He worked both for the Leasing company, where he was Head of Real Estate, and for the holding company, where he dealt with some of the main real estate transactions and most recently the start-up of the Italian REOCO platform.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors for various companies of the UniCredit group and President of the Italian Board of RICS - Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the main organization that globally defines the standards and regulates real estate professionals. He joins neprix to take up the challenge of creating an innovative servicing model that combines technology with the best specialist skills in credit management and real estate.
