Daniele Guglielmino is the CEO and co-founder of GET, a consultancy firm that since 2018 has supported operators in the real estate supply chain in their transformation processes by integrating social and environmental sustainability strategies. In 2011, Daniele was the founder and first secretary of the Piedmont chapter of the Green Building Council Italia. From 2010 to 2012, he was responsible for technical development and international relations within the LEED International Roundtable on behalf of GBC Italia. Since 2010, he has been a founding member of the Italian chapter of IBPSA (International Building Performance Simulation Association). From 2012 to 2018, he held the role of Senior Sustainability Specialist and later Line Manager at Manens-Tifs s.p.a. From 2018 to 2021, he worked as a Senior Specialist LEED for Cities and Communities at GBCI Europe, where he focused on supporting investors and public entities in their urban regeneration initiatives. Since 2019, he has been an ordinary member of ULI (Urban Land Institute) and, since 2020, a member of the European Sustainability Product Council. Currently, Daniele is the Executive Vice President of the Italian Academy of Biophilia. Since 2022, he has served as a delegated member of the Italian Society of Environmental Medicine for the built environment, as well as the regional coordinator for Piedmont and a member of the Scientific Committee of ReBuild. Throughout his career, he has obtained various professional accreditations, including: LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction and Operations and Maintenance, WELL and BREEAM Accredited Professional, BREEAM International Assessor New Construction, LEED and WELL Faculty, WELL Performance Testing Agent, and Access4you Accredited Professional. His professional path has led him to combine operational and educational expertise in the field of certifications and social and environmental sustainability strategies and their impact on Italian and European markets.
