Andy Miller is a serial entrepreneur, corporate innovation executive, and category creator focused on building and scaling businesses in complex, trust-driven markets. Over the past two decades, he has operated at the intersection of strategy, product, and venture creation; developing new categories, launching platforms, and designing innovation systems that translate emerging opportunity into durable growth. He is widely recognized for his work in ecosystem-driven innovation and for shaping how large institutions engage with startups, partners, and new markets to accelerate adoption and scale.
At AARP, Miller serves as Senior Vice President of Innovation & Product Development, where he leads a multi-pronged platform spanning enterprise innovation strategy, an internal Innovation Studio, venture investing, and ecosystem development. He is the founder and executive lead of the AgeTech Collaborative, the world’s largest ecosystem dedicated to innovation for aging populations, bringing together more than 700 startups, global enterprises, investors, and policymakers. Through this work, he has helped define and advance AgeTech as a category, developing widely adopted frameworks that address the structural barriers to adoption in the Longevity Economy and positioning AARP as a central force in shaping the market globally.
Previously, Miller was Chief Innovation Architect at Constant Contact, where he built and scaled the company’s innovation function and launched the Small Business Innovation Loft. He is a multi-time founder and CEO, having co-founded and led companies including CardStar, Lumifi, Quece, and RetirementSuite.com, with multiple successful exits. Earlier in his career, he held roles at T. Rowe Price, Putnam Investments, and Bank of America, building a foundation in financial services and investment strategy. Miller holds a Bachelors in Economics from SUNY Oswego and a Masters in Entrepreneurship degree from Suffolk University and has completed executive education programs at Georgetown University and Babson College.
