Today Milan is not only a space for renewal and the heart of Italian real estate, but it is also a laboratory where change is able to combine growth with sustainability and social inclusion. One example of this is the Ripamonti district: a lesson in urban regeneration that represesents sustainability, synergy between public and private, a mix of functions, excellence of contemporary architecture and a start-up laboratory. Covivio also invested in the district with the Symbiosis projects (a business district of over 120 square meters) and Vitae (over 10 thousand square meters for mixed use).
